TOWN OF LOCKPORT — Niagara County Jail officials seized a letter to an inmate early this morning containing suspected contraband.
The letter had concealed in the flap, one orange colored strip of suspected suboxone.
The return address on the letter states that it came from "P. Pirate," who lives at "432 Scam Ln."
Patrol took control of the contraband and logged it into evidence.
The inmate the letter was addressed to was not charged.
