The Niagara County Sheriff's Office is working on a referral from the Shelby County Sheriff's Office in Memphis, Tenn. of potential bank fraud.
According to NCSO, the complainant had two separate electronic withdrawals from her Bank of America Account to a potential suspect who resides in Niagara County. The withdrawals totaled 976.58.
The NCSO Criminal Investigation Bureau is handling the case.
