A pair of Lockport men were charged Thursday with possession of marijuana after a traffic stop by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.
According to the NCSO report, patrol stopped a vehicle on Works Place around 8:51 p.m. due to the rear and side windows being iced over. When they arrived at the vehicle, they noticed the smell of marijuana.
Patrol found that both the driver, 21-year-old Anthony J. Bolz, 30 Works Pl., and passenger, 23-year-old Kyle W. Hufnagel, 393 Vine St., were in possession of marijuana.
Both men were released on an appearance ticket to City Court on March 3. The alleged marijuana was turned in to the evidence locker.
