TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 20-year-old Middleport man, stopped with speeding, was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to New York State Police, Tyler A. Palmasano, was stopped for speeding on State Route 93 when State Troopers observed evidence of marijuana in the center cup holder of his vehicle. Additional marijuana was located in the vehicle; a plastic smoking pipe with residue and an orange plastic container with approximately 2 grams of pot.
Palmasano was issued an appearance ticket and citation returnable to Town of Lockport Court for Tuesday.
