Keith R. Garvey, 22, 360 Prospect St., was charged around 5:25 a.m. Friday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and inability to operate a motor vehicle. According to the LPD report, Garvey was found by patrol with his vehicle stuck in a snow embankment at the intersection of Caledonia and Lock streets. Patrol interviewed him and found a pill bottle that he said belonged to his mother. They found him to be disoriented and under the influence of alcohol. He was due in City Court Friday morning.

Christine M. Villareale, 30, 61 Peoria St., Buffalo, was charged around 10:23 p.m. Thursday with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and an equipment violation. According to the LPD report, Villareale was stopped for a traffic infraction and found to have a suspended license. She is due in City Court on Monday.
