TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A Glendale Drive man told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies that his neighbor entered his apartment uninvited and without permission — then began yelling at him.
The complainant said he was laying in his bed around 11 p.m. Friday when the neighbor, Michael Jendrasik, 5724 Glendale Dr., Apt. 18, opened his apartment door and started screaming at him about the cat odor coming from his apartment. Once he got out of bed, however, the neighbor fled.
Patrol attempted to contact Jendrasik but no one answered the door to his apartment. The complainant told patrol that he wished to file trespassing charges against Jendrasik. Patrol said a warrant would be issued if he wasn't located.
