Rory J. Styres, 47, 80 Genesee St., Apt. 4 was charged around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday with disorderly conduct. According to the LPD report, patrol responded to a complaint of two parties arguing on Genesee Street. When they arrived, they found Styres arguing with another male about the volume of his music. Police asked Styres to turn down the music but “he told reporting officer that he was going to play it at level 30.” He was to be in court this morning.

Troy C. Green, 53, 99 Olcott St., was charged around 10 a.m. Tuesday with running a red light, driving without insurance and driving without a license. According to the LPD report, he was seen driving through a red light on North Transit Street and found to have a suspended license and no insurance. He was due in City Court on Tuesday.
