TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 34-year-old Niagara Falls man was charged with having prison contraband Saturday by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.

According to his arrest report, Courtney Sistrunk, 1628 Weston Ave., Niagara Falls, was being searched upon jail entry when a corrections officer found a rubber glove filled with three small clear baggies containing suspected marijuana, two small white pieces of paper with suspected marijuana, three rectangular white pills and two round pink pills, believed to be Xanax and Oxymorphone.

Patrol entered all items into an ID locker at NCSO for identification of the pills and green leaf like substance. Sistrunk was charged with second-degree promoting prison contraband and arraigned in front of Justice Leonard Tilney at the Town of Lockport Court before being returned to the jail. He is to return to Town of Lockport Court on Thursday.
