TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A Magnolia Drive woman reported a series of suspicious activities to Niagara County Sheriff's deputies today.

The woman told patrol that around 2 p.m. on Dec. 30, she found a bouquet of flowers placed in between her front door and storm door. She stated there was no identification on them, so she was not sure where they were from or who they were from. Around 7:30 p.m. the same day, an unknown person rang her doorbell, and when her son checked to see who was at the front door, there was nobody there and only footprints left behind.

The woman also told patrol that on Jan. 6, she received a phone call from a private phone number, and when she answered the phone, a male voice stated, "You die," then hung up.

The woman noted these incidents have happened on Tuesdays and does not know if that is intentional or if they are related.

Patrol advised the woman to call if any additional incidents take place and had NCSO dispatch create a periodic check of the woman's residence and surrounding neighborhood.
