Cornerstone Arena invited the public out to celebrate New Year's on ice, and the public responded in large amounts.
Nearly 450 people took part in open skating at the arena between a New Year's Eve session and one this afternoon. In fact, 294 enjoyed the ice today and 141 skated Wednesday night.
