A Lincoln Place man was charged around 2:25 a.m. with driving while intoxicated.
According to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, Craig W. Stahli, 31, 6557 Lincoln Place, was seen exiting a parking lot on Davison Road without using a turn signal. When the vehicle entered the roadway, it veered over the center line when patrol initiated a traffic stop.
Stahli admitted to patrol that he had been drinking and was determined by patrol to be intoxicated. He was found to have a blood alcohol content of .18 percent and charged with DWI.
His vehicle was towed with a 12-hour hold and he was taken to Niagara County Jail and held on $250 bail. He is to be in City of Lockport Court on Monday.
