TOWN OF LOCKPORT — An Edgewood Drive woman told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies on Tuesday that someone had used her TJMAXX credit card to make over $2,000 in purchases.
The woman told patrol that she had advised Mastercard that she hadn't made the purchases. She also said she did not yet have a total amount for the purchases and was not sure of all the stores where her card was used.
The complainant told patrol that she would contact NCSO when her Mastercard statement arrives.
Patrol advised her to keep an eye on her credit report to make sure no fraudulent accounts were opened in her name.
