A 16-year-old Washburn Street boy was charged around 9:30 p.m. Monday with third-degree criminal tampering and petit larceny. According to the LPD report, the teen broke into a vehicle on Washburn Street and was found later walking up Market Street hill and identified by the original complainant. He is due in City Court on Jan. 5.
Jason M. Sarzniak, 23, 1489 Jamaica Sq., North Tonawanda, was charged around 10:15 p.m. Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana. According to the LPD report, Sarzniak had called LPD to complain of an assault. While assisting him, he was found to have marijuana in his possession. He is slated for City Court on Jan. 6.
Maggie T. Keeney, 55, 427 Washburn St., was charged around 4:31 a.m. Thursday with DWI, reckless driving, and leaving the scene of an accident. According to her arrest report, Keeney had been involved in a hit and run. When she was found, she was determined to be intoxicated. She is to be in City Court on Jan. 5.
