Aaron M. Weaver, 30, 16 Adam St., Upper, was charged around 7:41 p.m. Friday with DWI, driving with a suspended registration, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. According to the LPD arrest report, Weaver was stopped for having a suspended registration. While he was being interviewed, he was determined to be intoxicated. He was found to have a .16 blood alcohol content. He was slated for City Court this morning.
Furquan A. Haslip, 24, 75 Bright St., was charged around 4:05 a.m. Sunday with second-degree harassment. According to the arrest report, Haslip threw a glass against a wall, flipped a table and pushed a woman. He was slated for City Court this morning.
Kenneth C. Dunkleberger, 53, 13 Jefferson Dr., was charged around 1:32 p.m. Sunday with fourth-degree grand larceny. According to the LPD report, Dunkleberger used a woman’s Visa card to charge $140.62 worth of items without her permission. He was due in City Court this morning.
Tyrone G. Johnson, 36, 22 Bickford, Buffalo, was charged around 10:45 p.m. Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana. According to the arrest report police were called to a city address on a complaint of marijuana use. When they arrived, they saw two males hide a green leafy substance in the couch. When patrol found it, Johnson said it was his. He is to be in City Court on Tuesday.
Christopher C. Cheverie, 33, 224 Grand St., was charged around 11:04 p.m. Sunday with second-degree criminal contempt. According to the arrest report, Cheverie was found by LPD in the company of a female who had an order of protection against him on Nov. 30. Police did not know about the order of protection at the time. They found him Sunday night on Prospect Street at took him into custody. He was to be in court this morning.
Renee S. Esposito, 40, 121 Van Buren St., was charged around 12:11 a.m. with second-degree harassment. According to the LPD arrest report, Esposito yelled at a man and threw an item at him, striking him in the forehead. She was to be in City Court this morning.
