A 17-year-old Genesee Street girl was charged around 9:53 a.m. Thursday with second-degree harassment. According to the LPD arrest report, the teen had become combative with a woman who was delivering something to her on Aug. 8 and the teen spat in the woman’s face. The teen turned herself in on Thursday.
Matthew J. Fura, 46, 297 Grand St,. was charged around 10:05 p.m. Wednesday with DWI, driving without a license and an equipment violation. According to the arrest report, Fura was stopped for a traffic violation and determined to be intoxicated. He is slated for City Court on Monday.
Heather L. Hillman, 21, 9 Bright St., Apt. 1, was charged around 10:40 p.m. Tuesday with petit larceny. According to the LPD arrest report, Hillman took an iced honey bun from 7-Eleven, 95 S. Transit St., without paying for it. She was slated for City Court on Wednesday.
