ALBION — A 26-year-old Lockport man and a 26-year-old West Seneca woman were charged Monday with petit larceny from Walmart.
The Orleans County Sheriff's Office reported a shoplifter had left the Walmart store in Albion in a vehicle. A New York State Trooper observed a vehicle on Route 31 that matched the description and followed them.
William C. Schlenker of Lockport and Mallory R. Pfaff of West Seneca were charged with the class A misdemeanor. Investigation revealed the pair had stolen over $900 worth of Nicorette, cologne and Advantage II Flea and Tick Flea Control.
Pfaff and Schlenker were issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Albion Court on Jan. 7.
