TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 43-year-old Parkwood Drive man was charged with DWI early Wednesday morning by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.
According to the arrest report, Gerardo Liermo, IV., 6605 Parkwood Drive, was seen traveling south on Beattie Avenue shortly after 1 a.m. with a headlight out. When patrol stopped him, they determined him to be intoxicated.
Liermo refused to take a breath test or submit to a chemical test. He was charged with DWI, inadequate headlights and refusal to take a breath test.
He was taken to Niagara County Jail and held on $250 bail. He is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
