SOMERSET — A Lyndonville woman was charged with driving while intoxicated early Thursday morning following a traffic stop on Quaker Road.

According to the arrest report, Marlo A. Spoth, 37, 1410 Marshall Road, Lyndonville, was seen driving north on Quaker Road just north of Lake Road. Patrol observed the vehicle pull off the roadway and sit for approximately 15 seconds. The vehicle then reentered the roadway, crossing from one lane to another and then back off the east shoulder of the roadway.

When patrol stopped the vehicle, Spoth was determined to be intoxicated and charged with DWI and failure to keep right. She was transported to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office where she registered a .31 BAC, leading to an additional charge of aggravated DWI. She was then remanded to the Niagara County Jail on $250 bail and ordered to appear in the Town of Somerset Court.
