Edwin J. Friedhaber, 32, 325 Ohio St., was charged around 7:50 p.m. Sunday with aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding. He was slated for City Court on Monday.

Kevin I. Kelly, 21, 6583 Royal Parkway North, Apt. J, was charged around 8:48 p.m. Sunday with aggravated unlicensed operation, unlawful possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended registration. According to the LPD arrest report, Kelly was stopped for a suspended registration and found to have marijuana and an invalid driver's license. He was slated for City Court on Monday.
