NIAGARA FALLS — Lt. Gov. Robert Duffy will attend a groundbreaking ceremony for the Robert Moses Parkway reconfiguration Wednesday, according to his public schedule.
The groundbreaking, between John Daly Boulevard and 4th Street, will take place around 12:30 p.m.
