Michael R. Schupp, 21, 66 Van Buren St., was charged around 10:58 a.m Sunday with second-degree menacing. According to the LPD police report, Schupp threatened a woman and shot a pellet gun near her, saying he was going to kill her. He was slated for City Court this morning.
John J. Ritz, 41, 88 Center St., was charged around 3:15 a.m. Saturday with DWI, failure to signal and starting a parked vehicle. He was to be in City Court this morning.
Konya M. Verner, 39, 202 Vine Lane, Amherst, was charged around 3:38 p.m. Saturday with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. She is to be in City Court on Nov. 17.
Jeffrey M. Wright, 29, 317 Applewood Dr., Apt. 9, was charged around 3:20 a.m. Saturday with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. He was slated for City Court this morning.
Katherine M. Sherman, 43, 275 Locust St., was charged around 9:17 p.m. Friday with DWI, unlawful possession of marijuana and an equipment violation. According to the LPD arrest report, Sherman was stopped for a traffic violation and determined to be intoxicated. During an inventory of her vehicle, police found suspected marijuana, which was sent to be tested. Sherman had a blood alcohol content of .15 percent, according to the report. She was to be in City Court this morning.
Amber M. Klinger, 28, 103 Scovell St., was charged around 11:10 p.m. Friday with unlawful possession of marijuana, an equipment violation and driving without a valid inspection sticker. According to the arrest report, Klinger was stopped for an equipment violation. When patrol interviewed her, she admitted to having marijuana on her. Police also found a crushed pill. Charges are pending for the crushed pill. She is to be in City Court on Nov. 25.
Christina M. LeBar, 34, 48 Waterman St., Apt. 2, was charged around 10:28 p.m. Thursday with a noise violation.
