Josiah J. Chandler, the suspect in the early-morning shooting of Colton Baker-Durst, was held on $250,000 cash bail after being arraigned in City Court this afternoon.

Chandler, 18, 52 Genesee St., stands accused of shooting Baker-Durst three times around 12:24 a.m. near the intersection of Church and Grand streets.

Baker-Durst remains hospitalized at ECMC, where he was most recently listed in critical condition.
Chandler was charged with second-degree attempted murder as a hate crime, first-degree assault and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
He is due back in City Court on Monday.
