Carl G. Stiles, 6558 Lincoln Pl., Apt. H, was charged around 1:45 a.m. with fourth-degree grand larceny, third-degree burglary, second-degree burglary, and fourth-degree criminal mischief. According to his arrest report, he stole tools and a television from a South Transit Street home on Oct. 9. He is slated for City Court on Monday.

Courtney J. Davis, 35, 4556 Washington Dr., Lewiston, was charged around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday with second-degree harassment. According to the arrest report, she struck a Clinton Street woman in the face with a closed fist. She is to be in City Court on Monday.

Jennifer L. Pennacchio, 37, 22 Bright St., Upper Apt., was charged around 11:50 p.m. Wednesday with criminal mischief. According to her arrest report, she smashed the rear window of a woman's vehicle with a piece of wood. She also hit the vehicle several times in other areas, causing dents. She was to be in City Court on Thursday.
