Willie L. Smith, 55, 370 Melville St., Apt. 1, Rochester, was charged around 10:45 p.m. Friday with DWI. According to his arrest report, he was pulled over on Main Street and determined to be intoxicated. He is slated for City Court on Oct. 29.
