GASPORT — A Rochester Road woman told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies this morning that her boyfriend had borrowed her truck on Monday and never returned it.
The woman said her boyfriend has borrowed the vehicle in the past but has always returned it. She said that he usually travels to Greece, when he borrows the vehicle. He told her that the vehicle was stolen from him, but the Greece Police Department has no record of a stolen vehicle matching her vehicle description.
The complainant said that she has sent text messages to the boyfriend asking that he return the vehicle, but has gotten no response. Patrol tried, with negative results, to contact the man with the contact information provided by the complainant.
