TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A Dysinger Road man who used a woman's credit card to buy gas is facing charges of grand larceny, forgery, identity theft and petit larceny.

According to the report filed by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, Martin Edward Snow, 38, 6493 Dysinger Road, Apt. 17, used a neighbor's credit card to purchase $18 in gas on Wednesday. Snow told patrol that he had the woman's permission to use her card and he returned it afterwards.
