NEWFANE — Three Clarence men were charged with trespassing Saturday by New York State Police after they were found fishing off a private pier on Water Street.
Kevin J. Schlager, 18, Johnathan J. Schmitt, 19 and Sean S. Sears, 19 were arrested and issued appearance tickets for Newfane Court on Tuesday.
