MIDDLEPORT — A Rochester Road man told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies Saturday morning that sometime overnight someone had slashed two tires of a car that was in his driveway.
The man said sometime between midnight and 8 a.m. someone slashed the tires and appeared to have poured Mountain Dew in the gas tank.
The cost of damage is approximately $250. There were no witnesses to the incident.
The investigation is closed pending new information.
