TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 54-year-old Robinson Road man is facing shoplifting charges after Walmart employees say he tried to leave the store with cat food and allergy medicine he didn't pay for.
Walter F. Zabretsky III, 6351 Robinson Road, Apt. 23, concealed donuts, Pop Tarts, allergy medicine, cat food and cat treats in a plastic bag and attempted to leave the store.
The total amount of the merchandise taken in $40.26.
Zabretsky was charged and released on an appearance ticket to the Town of Lockport Court on Oct. 21.
