Jonathan A. Wooley, 50, 271 Caledonia St., Apt. 2, was charged around 2:15 a.m. with second-degree obstruction of government administration. According to the LPD arrest report, Wooley refused to answer the door when police arrived to respond to a comlaint and told police that he was alone when, in fact, there was a female in the apartment with him. He was to be in City Court this morning.

Barbara L. Bartholomew, 45, 271 Caledonia St., Apt. 2, was charged around 2:15 a.m. with second-degree obstruction of government administration and second-degree criminal impersonation. According to her arrest report, Bartholmew was found hiding under a bed in the apartment when police had asked to talk to her and a male, Jonathan A. Wooley, had told police she wasn't there. When they found her, she gave police a false name, the arrest report said. She was found to have two active warrants. She was due in City Court this morning.

Paul M. Flynn, 39, 80 Genesee St., Apt. 3, was charged around 1 a.m. Sunday with second-degree assault. According to the LPD report, Flynn threw a man down a set of porch stairs and onto the concrete below. He was slated to be in City Court this morning.

James W. Walker, 32, 169 Price St., was charged around 10 p.m. Sunday with third-degree assault and third-degree menacing. According to the arrest report, Walker punched a woman, causing swelling to her eye and cheek. Two guns were seized from his residence. He was slated to appear in City Court this morning.

A Genesee Street man told LPD that sometime between 10 a.m. and 10:10 a.m. Friday, an unknown person took his black jogging pants from his hospital bed. Inside those pants were $500.

Danielle P. Hillman, 23, 1336 Willowbrook Dr., was charged around 7:53 p.m. Friday wiith seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. She was found to be in possession of three and a half Diazepam pills, a controlled substance, according to the LPD arrest report. She was slated for City Court this morning.
