Matthew C. Hartsock, 40, 32 McCollum, Lower Apt., was charged around 10:15 a.m. with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to signal, and an equipment violation. According to the LPD report, Hartsock was seen committing several traffic infractions on Lake Avenue. When he was stopped, it was revealed that his license was suspended. He is slated to appear in City Court on Wednesday.

Wyatt R. Jeffords, 18, 3506 Ewings Road, was charged around 11:05 p.m. Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana and an equipment violation. According to the LPD arrest report, Jeffords was seen in what appeared to be a drug transaction at the corner of North Transit and Green streets. When his vehicle was stopped, an odor of marijuana was noticed by patrol. The driver told patrol that he had been looking to buy drugs and that he was in possession of drug paraphernalia. When he turned a glass pipe over to police, it had a burnt residue in it. He was also in possession of a digital scale covered in suspected marijuana. He was charged and is to appear in City Court on Wednesday.

Ramon Molina, 40, 6485 Dysinger Road, Apt. 21, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an equipment violation. According to the LPD arrest report, Molina was stopped for a traffic infraction and found to be unlicensed. He is slated for City Court on Wednesday.
