Gabriel Gillon, 36, 15 Tudor Lane, Apt. 8 was charged around 1:40 a.m. with false personation. According to the LPD arrest report, Gillon gave police a false name when they responded to an incident on South and Washburn streets early this morning. Gillon is slated for City Court on Monday.

Jonathan R. Roth, 33, 353 Park Lane Circle, Apt. 8, was charged around 8 p.m. Wednesday with giving a sworn false statement and third-degree falsely reporting an incident. According to the LPD arrest report, Roth falsely reported having prescription medicine stolen from his vehicle on Aug. 5. He is due in City Court on Monday.

Danielle N. Luke, 20, 244 Elmwood Ave., was charged around 12:10 a.m. Wednesday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree possession of a controlled substance. According to her arrest report, she was found to be in possession of ecstasy tablets following a traffic stop on North Transit Street. She is due in City Court on Monday.
