ENP STAFF REPORTS
news@eastniagarapost.com
TOWN OF LOCKPORT — Niagara Hospice families, volunteers and staff will remember those they have served with a very special Remembrance Celebration at 6 p.m. Thursday. The event will be held in memory of Niagara Hospice patients who have passed from July 1, 2013 - December 31, 2013.
"The Remembrance Celebration gives families an opportunity to share in memorial support with the hospice care family," states Spiritual Care Director, Father John A. Marshall, M. Div. "Each Remembrance service is especially meaningful as we reflect on the people who have touched our lives in many different ways."
Held regularly since 1989, the non-denominational service will offer a time of remembrance through reflection, music and companionship as the names of Niagara Hospice patients who have died during July 1, 2013 - December 31, 2013 are read. The service will be held at the Dominic Lariccia Family Pavilion behind Niagara Hospice House on Sunset Drive in the Town of Lockport.
