Deputies Harrer and Tyler Magiliazzo talk with the owner of a Hosmer Road
home while they remove marijuana plants from the property.

ENP Contributing Photographer Stephen M. Wallace was on hand as Niagara County Sheriff's Deputy Paul Harrer carried the plants out of the field and into NCSO custody.
Harrer, along with Deputy Tyler Magiliazzo, spoke with the homeowner, who was reportedly seen digging the plants up by a U.S. Border Patrol helicopter prior to NCSO arrival.
In all, more than a dozen plants were uprooted before the case was turned over to the Niagara County Drug Task Force.
No charges have yet been filed.
Children's toys were captured on camera and a small child was reportedly on scene during the drug raid. |
