ENP STAFF REPORTS

TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A Canal Road man told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies on Wednesday that someone had used his credit card without his permission.
The man told patrol that a charge for $90 was made to a company that deals primarily in the billing and purchases of Internet porn.
The complainant said a former colleague of his had used his credit card to buy World of WarCraft tokens with his permission about three months ago and had recently joked that he was going to use the card again to purchase pornography.
The complainant stated that he did not make the purchase and feels that since the former colleague had his card number and made a joke about ordering Internet porn, it must have been him.
Patrol attempted to contact the former colleague but was unsuccessful. Patrol will attempt further investigation.
