WRIGHTS CORNERS — A Wicks Road man told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies on Sunday that an unknown vehicle hit his mailbox.
The man said he was inside his residence when he heard a single loud bang outside at about 6:40 p.m. The man said he located the mailbox which had sustained minor damage. He estimated the cost of repair to be approximately $100.
The complainant said that he did not see the vehicle but that he located a light from a Ford sedan in the area. The color or model of the Ford vehicle is unknown. The vehicle would have sustained right side damage.
