An Allen Street woman told police that sometime early Saturday, someone broke into her vehicle and stole her gym bag, laptop, headphones, wallet and other items. The total value of the items stolen was $2,765. It is believed the theft happened between midnight and 6:45 a.m. Saturday.

Kionte D. Cunningham, 26, 523 5th St., Apt. 2, Niagara Falls, was charged with speeding and aggravated unlicensed operation around 4:57 a.m. Saturday. According to the police report, he was stopped on South Transit Road traveling 45 in a 30 mph zone. He was then found to have a suspended license and charged. He was slated for City Court this morning.
Elizabeth Mastrangelo, 37, 288 Water St., was charged at approximately 3:09 a.m. Saturday with speeding, disobeying a stop sign, and having an open alcoholic beverage in a moving vehicle. According to the LPD report, Mastrangelo was seen driving a vehicle at a rate of approximately 60 miles per hour on Transit Road near Niagara Street. When she was interviewed, police found open beer containers in her car. She is slated for City Court on Tuesday.
Matthew A. Davis, 21, 271 Green St., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and a vehicle equipment violation at approximately 11:24 p.m. Friday. According to the LPD arrest report, Davis was stopped for a traffic infraction. When he was interviewed, patrol could smell an odor of marijuana. He then admitted to having marijuana, which he gave to patrol. He is due in City Court on Tuesday.
