Katherine E. Jones, 45, 190 Niagara St., Apt 1, was charged with criminal mischief around 8:50 p.m. Saturday. According to the LPD arrest report, Jones punched a door of a Caledonia Street home and was found by LPD in the front yard of that home yelling. She was slated for City Court this morning.
James C. Johnson, 50, 224 Washburn St., Apt. D, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, driving with a suspended registration and driving with suspended insurance around 8:50 a.m. Friday. He was seen driving on High Street and stopped for having no insuance. During the police interview, he was found to have only a non-driver ID. He was to be in City Court this morning.
Jeffrey J. Solotes, 33, 26 Highland Ave., was charged with DWI, speeding and running a stop sign around 12:18 a.m. Sunday. According to the LPD arrest report, he was seen speeding and ran a stop sign on Hawley Street. He was determined to be intoxicated upon interview. He was to be in City Court this morning.
