Robert B. Penn passed away July 14, 2014 in Absolut of Eden, NY. Born May 30, 1915 in Lockport, the son of Henry and Frances Flechsenharr Penn.

Robert served in the U.S. Army from 1939 to 1941. He retired as a Railway Policeman for the Norfolk Southern Railway. He was also a member the Masons.

He was the husband of Ann Penn and the late Eleanor Penn.  Father of Robert, Ernest, Gerald, Gary and Henry Penn, Dorothy Seigh and the late William Penn.  Brother of 7 siblings; he is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
