ENP STAFF REPORTS

HARTLAND — At a Ridge Road home to execute a warrant, Niagara County Sheriff's deputies found themselves the subject of obscenities Saturday night and the homeowner found himself facing disorderly conduct charges.
According to the NCSO arrest report, Clint L. Ausman, 41, 9196 Ridge Road was yelling obscenities at patrol, despite repeated warnings to stop. "Ausman's behavior caused public annoyance and alarm for other neighbors and also distracted motorists that were passing by," the report states.
After being warned several times, Ausman was charged and put in the back seat of the patrol vehicle. While completing paperwork, Ausman calmed down and apologized for his behavior, the report said.
He was issued an appearance ticket for disorderly conduct and ordered to appear in the Town of Hartland Court on July 22.
