TOWN OF LOCKPORT — Niagara County Sheriff's deputies arrived at a Dysinger Road address Thursday morning looking for a suspect on an active warrant — they ended up charging another man with marijuana possession.
According to the arrest report, when patrol knocked on an apartment door at 6493 Dysinger Road, 24-year-old Randall L. Fryer of Rochester stepped out into the hall with a lit marijuana cigarette.
He was charged with possession and taken to Niagara County Jail, where he was held on $250 bail.
