James A. Laski, 31, 187 Pine St., was charged around 9:20 p.m. Saturday with resisting arrest and second-degree obstructing government administration. He was turned over to North Tonawanda Police to face charges on another matter and is scheduled to be in Lockport City Court Wednesday morning.

Nahshon T. Hughes, 34, 115 Willow St., was charged around 2:10 a.m. with second-degree harassment. According to the LPD arrest report, Hughes was seen by patrol throwing a woman into a corner early this morning. He is scheduled for Lockport City Court Monday morning.
