ENP STAFF REPORTS

TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A Walmart employee told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies Saturday night that she was getting unwanted attention from a customer.
The woman told patrol that a male customer had called the store on Thursday to ask about an item in her department. She had told the man she would find the answer to his question and call him back. When she did, they man said he would like to interview her for a job and the pair set up a meeting at Applebee's for Friday afternoon.
When the woman arrived at Applebee's, the man was not there so she called him. He then told her to pick him up at Walmart for the job interview. Finally, the man said she should meet him at his City of Lockport residence, which she declined, asking the man not to contact her anymore.
Sunday, the man dropped off a note and poem for the woman at Walmart, prompting her to call NCSO, who, in turn, contacted the man to tell him to leave the woman alone.
Patrol considers this case closed pending any further incidents.
