On July 27th, 2014 at 1258 hours the Niagara County Sheriff's office received a 911 call for a 35 year old male threatening to cut his wrists on James Drive in the Town of Lewiston.

When Niagara County Sheriff's deputies and Lewiston Police officers arrived on scene information was received that the male had a can of gasoline and a flare gun.
