LPD and Niagara County Sheriff's deputies block off Locust Street.

Lockport police and Niagara County Sheriff's deputies are looking for a six-foot tall white male after an incident on Locust Street that occurred early this morning.

The male, who is wearing a black jacket, displayed a gun, according to LPD.

The incident occurred in front of the Kenan Center on Locust Street, where police have now set a perimeter.

Detectives were called to the scene.
