HARTLAND — Quaker Road is closed between Ridge and Slayton Settlement roads while the Town of Hartland Highway Department replaces a cross culvert in front of Becker Farms.
Drivers may access Becker Farms from either the north or the south, however, no through traffic will be permitted until approximately 3 p.m., according to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.
