ENP STAFF REPORTS

SOMERSET — A Johnson Creek Road man told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies on Sunday that someone stole a field drag from his property over the winter.
The man told patrol that sometime between December and Sunday, the 12-foot all steel field drag was taken from his back yard.
He said that he would assume that the equipment would have been removed to use/sell as scrap metal, as it weighed several hundred pounds. He said that he would also assume that the field drag would have had to be removed by a tractor or been cut into sections and taken by truck due to its size.
The complainant said that he does not remember seeing anything out of the ordinary since last seeing his missing equipment.
