A Lincoln Place resident told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies this morning that someone punctured a tire on her 2002 GMC.
The complainant told patrol that the tire was deflated sometime after 1 a.m. She also stated that this is not the first time, that a few days ago she filed a report with New York State Police where all four tires on her boyfriends car were flattened with similar punctures to them. In filing that report, she stated that she received a text message stating "I know where 4 flat tires are and where they would be if they weren't at your house. Don't ever call the cops on me again. That's f***** up."
The woman told patrol that she has had numerous incidents with the male suspect, and she believes, based on the text and history, that he is the one who damaged her tires.
The case is open, pending investigation and will be forwarded to State Police due to the initial report being handled by him.
