Lockport residents who felt the ground shake this morning thought it might be an earthquake, but it was just business as usual at LaFarge.
LaFarge Operations Manager Courtland Hess tells ENP that the Hinman Road quarry set did some blasting around 11 a.m. as part of normal operations.
