David P. Corra |
According to a report filed by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, David P. Corra had a verbal altercation with with a 57-year-old, which turned physical at approximately 9:20 a.m. The complainant told patrol that Corra drove by on his motorcycle and began yelling at him, saying "I'm off parole now. Wanna go a round with me?"
The complainant told patrol that Corra accused him of pointing a gun at him, slapped him in the jaw twice, accused him of being a drug dealer, pulled out a knife, waved it at him and said "I'll slit your throat," and "I'll put a bullet in your head." Corra then closed the knife, wrapped his fist around it an punched the 57-year-old twice, causing lacerations to the complainant's forehead, the report said.
Corra then fled the scene on a motorcycle and was stopped by police on Rochester Road at Bolton Road. Corra admitted to patrol that he had had an altercation and was detained without incident. He was charged with assault and second-degree menacing with a weapon. He was arraigned in Town of Lockport Court and held on $1,000 bail in Niagara County Jail.
The complainant was granted an order of protection.
